The problem with most…is that we tend to remember the things we should forget and forget the things we should remember.

Ever find yourself dwelling on the past, replaying moments you wish you could forget? Happens to the best of us. Dwelling on the negative holds you back. Instead, focus on the good stuff. Remember the lessons learned, the victories won. Ask yourself – is this thought true? Is it right? What about friendly or honoring? Is it worthwhile? Train your brain to let go of what no longer serves you. It’s not always easy, but it’s worth it. When you make the conscious decision to shift your mindset, you open doors to positivity and growth. Remember what matters, forget what doesn’t, and keep moving forward.
