About

I help people work together to solve problems and reach shared goals. My approach centers on servant leadership, clear direction tied to mission, and practical systems that support strong teams. I coach leaders and organizations in Servant Leadership. I’ve found that the approach strengthens sustainable growth and healthy teams over time. I believe the value of a leader is measured by Robert Greenleaf’s quote:

“Do those served grow as persons? Do they, while being served, become healthier, wiser, freer, more autonomous, more likely themselves to become servants?”

I rely on straightforward systems that keep teams aligned. This includes clear priorities, consistent check-ins, shared planning, simple workflows, open communication, and coaching. These practices help people stay focused and supported.

I serve as the Chief of Strategic Operations at Southern Oregon Goodwill and am honored to support the outreach and mission of Hearts With A Mission as a Board Director. My experience spans strategic operations, team development, and leadership across nonprofit and mission-driven environments. I focus on strengthening leadership at all levels, improving organizational clarity, and turning ideas into action.

If you see something we might work on together, let me know.

  1. Brother Tim, I tend to be a lookie loo on all matters blogging. But I rarely comment, unless I am feeling particularly contentious. Just wanted to say thanks for sharing. You suit your hooby well. My father was a fairly avid paparazzo as well. I’ll never forget the day he finally got his “Canon AE1.” He was worse than me when I got my Steve Austin lunch box, showing it to all the neighbors, photographing other peoples door knobs and other random stuff. It was pretty obnoxious until he got good at it. Then he won a prize in our county fair, and it was on. Anyway, just reminiscing and thankful for your sharing. Grace & peace to you my brother.

    1. Thanks for the kind words. I’m glad it brought about a good memory.

“…Steve Austin lunch box…” cracked me up. Excellent reference.

      Merry Christmas!

      Tim
